Because each product is made after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or color preference.

We accept claims only for defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.

To request support, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- order number
- photos of the issue
- clear description of the problem

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
